2021 EQUUS Guardian Designation Earned

Ride On St. Louis's EQUUS Guardian Seal demonstrates our transparency and accountability in equine care and practices, and recognizes Ride On St. Louis as an equine organization that is operating at the highest standards for horse care and involvement. The Guardian Seal is awarded annually by the EQUUS Foundation, and is displayed on our Equine Welfare Network profile as an approved organization. Ride On St. Louis has earned this designation annually for five consecutive years since the seal program debuted in 2017. To earn this seal, Ride On St. Louis provides detailed information on personnel, programs and services; facility and grounds; equine expenses, policies, and care; and organizational governance, management and financial reporting. Sharing our extensive data about programs, horse care practices, and governance aids in gathering critical information on a national scale to ensure a bright future for horses.

The EQUUS Foundation is the only national animal welfare charity in the US 100% dedicated to protecting America's horses and strengthening the bond between people and horses. The EQUUS Foundation also identifies and invests in equine related charities in the US with the most-effective programs.
