The Ride On St. Louis Sensational Summer Camp is an inclusive day camp open to new participants, current clients, those with developmental, physical or cognitive challenges, as well as able-bodied children who are interested in riding and learning about horses in a welcoming and positive environment! Siblings and friends are welcomed and encouraged to attend. During camp, campers will utilize all of their senses to explore the sight, sound, smell, taste, touch and movement that is inherent to learning about horsemanship. All camp activities are designed to be inclusive and collaborative to facilitate socialization with peers and development of skills in a safe environment. Any child attending must have independent bathroom skills and be able to feed him/herself or have a caregiver in attendance to assist. Please note that ROSL is not able to administer medications.
Camp enrollment is limited to ensure a safe and friendly environment. Camps are supervised by a PATH Certified Advanced Riding Instructor and other Ride On St. Louis staff with the added assistance of trained ROSL volunteers.
Campers are welcome to attend as many weeks as they would like. Be sure to send in your paperwork as soon as possible! All required paperwork must be returned to the ROSL office by June 15, 2017. For more information, please call 636-464-3408 or email at email@example.com
